Annulerings- en restitutiebeleid
Ik bereid iedere workshop zorgvuldig voor en stem de materialen af op het aantal deelnemers. Omdat de workshops een beperkt aantal plaatsen hebben, geldt het volgende annuleringsbeleid.
Annulering meer dan 14 dagen vóór de workshop
Je kunt je inschrijving annuleren en ontvangt het volledige bedrag terug, met uitzondering van eventuele transactie- of boekingskosten die niet kunnen worden terugbetaald.
Annulering 14 tot 7 dagen vóór de workshop
Je ontvangt 50% van het workshopbedrag terug. Je kunt er ook voor kiezen om je plaats aan iemand anders over te dragen.
Annulering minder dan 7 dagen vóór de workshop
Helaas kan ik dan geen restitutie meer aanbieden. Je kunt je plaats wel aan iemand anders overdragen. Laat het mij in dat geval vóór de workshop weten.
Als je door ziekte niet kunt deelnemen
Laat het me zo snel mogelijk weten als je kort voor de workshop ziek wordt. Hoewel ik bij een last-minute annulering geen restitutie kan garanderen, probeer ik altijd samen naar een passende oplossing te zoeken. Als iemand van de wachtlijst jouw plaats kan overnemen, kan ik mogelijk alsnog (een deel van) het bedrag terugbetalen.
Je plaats aan iemand anders overdragen
Als je niet kunt deelnemen, mag je je plaats aan iemand anders geven. Laat mij vóór de workshop weten wie je plaats inneemt.
Als ik de workshop moet annuleren
In het uitzonderlijke geval dat ik een workshop moet annuleren, ontvang je het volledige bedrag terug. Je kunt er ook voor kiezen om je inschrijving te verplaatsen naar een andere beschikbare workshopdatum.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
I prepare each workshop individually and purchase and prepare materials based on the number of participants. Because workshops have a limited number of places, the following cancellation policy applies.
Cancellation more than 14 days before the workshop
You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund, minus any transaction or booking fees that cannot be refunded.
Cancellation 14 to 7 days before the workshop
You may cancel your booking and receive a 50% refund. Alternatively, you may transfer your place to another person.
Cancellation less than 7 days before the workshop
Unfortunately, I cannot offer a refund. You are welcome to transfer your place to someone else, provided you let me know in advance.
If you are unable to attend due to illness
If you become ill shortly before the workshop, please contact me as soon as possible. While I cannot guarantee a refund for last-minute cancellations, I will always try to find a fair solution where possible. If there is someone on the waiting list who can take your place, I may be able to offer a refund.
Transferring your place
If you cannot attend, you may give your place to someone else. Please let me know the name of the replacement participant before the workshop.
If I have to cancel the workshop
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund or, if you prefer, the option to transfer your booking to another available workshop date.
